The Spatial Development division is concerned with urban and rural planning and development. Clients are mostly in the government sector and include municipalities, regional authorities and water councils. Over the past years, water has become one of the guiding planning principles in spatial development. Expertise on (geo-) hydrology and ecology has therefore been incorporated in the division.
