Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van correspondentie en stukken, werkt met behulp van een dictafoon ingesproken bandjes uit, neemt inkomende telefoongesprekken aan en natuurlijk verricht je daarnaast alle verdere voorkomende secretariële werkzaamheden zoals filen, kopiëren etc.
functie eisen HAVO-opleiding. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Goede beheersing van het Microsof Office pakket, Communicatief vaardig, Commerciële instelling. Accuraat en zelfstandig. Juridische achtergrond is geen must.

Mediation: negotiated solutions?
Although litigation may seem the best solution to resolve a conflict, it is also time-consuming and costly. Mediation is one of the alternative methods of dispute resolution and has several advantages over litigation.

What is Mediation?
Mediation is a means of conflict resolution whereby the parties attempt to negotiate a settlement with the help of a neutral specialized professional, the Mediator. The Mediator will identify the underlying interests of the parties, focus on effective communication between the parties and try to bring them together for constructive dialogue. In Mediation, the parties themselves determine the outcome. In practise this means that the results are more acceptable and longer lasting than a decision imposed by a court.

The Mediation Procedure
Prior to the start of the mediation procedure the conflicting parties and the Mediator will sign a mediation agreement which governs the principal element of the mediation process: its confidential and voluntary nature.

All oral and written communications during the mediation process will be subject to confidentiality. Most successful mediations are completed after only a few sessions. Mediation may take a day or a couple of weeks, but will rarely take longer.
